Nutrition Explorers

Nutrition Explorers is a fun after-school nutrition education class at various schools around Oahu.

Kids learn about healthy/unhealthy fats, high quality/low quality snacks, vitamins & minerals, choosing healthy sports drinks, health advocacy for themselves and others, and more! Fourteen classes, each 1 hour. Includes fun activities aligned with educational standards (math, social studies, etc.), a healthy snack, and school-to-home information.
