Besides my busy private practice, I have a number of nutrition projects I’m working on.  I love the variety my work affords me, from serving as the nutrition expert for the Ford Road to Kona® Triathlon, doing health- and nutrition-related webinars for Accenture®, being a guest nutrition lecturer at the John Burns School of Medicine (University of Hawaii), to working with Jack & Kim Johnson’s Kokua Hawaii Foundation and the ‘AINA In Schools program as the nutrition education coordinator.
